WHY DRINK WARM WATER to PRESERVE ENERGY

extra energy to warm it before your body can absorb it.

· Help to reduce allergies. So, the energy can flow better in your body.

I have been suffering from air conditioning sickness for the last 20 years. My face, hands and throat swell up and sometimes I have trouble with food sitting in my throat after I eat. I have a poor appetite, sore joints and extreme tiredness after just spending 2 hours at work or in shopping centres, I get really irritable and cannot think straight. The days I spend over a few hours in the air conditioning I can then sleep for over 10 hours and get up feeling like I have been hit by a truck. It takes me a few days without air conditioning to feel better and not feel like my body is a dead weight. I can also start smelling like a chlorine chemical smell only after being in air conditioning for about an hour and cannot smell anything else. Doctors and allergist say that I am a very sensitive person and say I suffer from allergic angioedema. This was only after 10 years of them saying that it was all in my head or I just wanted sickness benefits. It was only after I took photos of my face everyday ( I have over 2000 photos) did they start taking me seriously. It has ruined my life, jobs; friends and family just laugh at me. Please any information on how to treat this would be greatly received….prevention is proving to be extremely hard!
oh, I am suffering a lot from my work’s air condition.
It’s located above my head.
I have neck, lower back and severe head pains. I can not take it. the pain stays for long time, after I am out of this condition. It gradually goes away, but when i am back, everything returns even faster.
Even I dress warm, nothing is helping. But if I am in the street i fell fine, even in the cold weather. How to explain that?
One of my doctor says, that this problem/desease does not exists.(That it is my imagination, even some coworkers do not believe me)
The other one says that he is also suffers from draft ocasionally.
How to explain my situation?
Thank you for this information. I feel so strongly re what you said especially whilst
shopping I hate how they over freeze the centres especially supermarkets. It is a
waste of energy!
So much better to drink water and take little sips, better than guzzling and upsetting
the balance of yin and yang. I also love lemon ginger and honey hot drinks first
thing in the morning.
